I just finished reading Erich von Daniken’s book, The Gods Never Left Us. On the first page of the introduction he says, “That extraterrestrials visited Earth millennia ago and influenced our forebears can be proved.” Von Daniken’s first book Chariots of the Gods asked a lot of questions. Now, 50 years and 40 books later, he is not asking if it’s possible; he is stating a fact.
I just saw Erich von Daniken in person for the first time at AlienCon in Pasadena, CA. He is impressive – very intelligent, well-spoken, and passionate. I am proud to be a fan and I am thankful to Erich for everything he has done for the Ancient Alien Theory.
In The Gods Never Left Us, von Daniken quotes Paul Theodor Hellyer, a former Defense Minister of Canada, “At least four different species of aliens have been visiting Earth for thousands of years… Some of the extraterrestrials look like us and could walk down the street without anyone noticing.”
This means there are human-looking beings from somewhere out there. Humans do not only exist on Earth. They probably exist on many other planets, and some of them are much more advanced than we are. So why couldn’t one of these groups have been our ancestors on Earth? They came here and had children and grandchildren and they created our species to serve theirs. The two species interbred producing hybrid offspring and the original visitors became the gods to all their descendants. Those descendants interbred with other human-like extraterrestrials from other stars and the result is the messy, beautiful species we call the human race on Earth.
They are still secretly living among us. But why do they keep their presence and our origins a secret? Perhaps they are afraid of us. Can you imagine what some people would do to a real alien? I can imagine a mob lynching an alien or the government kidnapping them for ‘research.’ I would hide my identity too. Many people have been killed for much less. Humans are a violent species. Look what happened to Jesus. If a UFO tried to land on the white house lawn it would be blown to bits before it could get too close. Then Trump would call the incident ‘fake news’ and it would be forgotten if it was ever reported in the mainstream media at all.
But I digress….
back to origins…
Some examples of early intelligence on Earth from The Gods Never Left Us:
- 250,000 years ago – stone tools were left in Hueyatlaco, Mexico
- 176,000 years ago – a six meter stone circle was built at Bruniquel Cave in southern France
- 30,000 BC – Rock paintings were created in the Chauvet Cave near Vallon-Pont-d’Arc, France. Author’s note: The paintings include animals and a hand stencil. The hand stencil shows a right hand with an unusual shape outlined in red paint. The middle and ring fingers are close together and look connected at the base; the thumb is short or bent inward; and the little finger is long. The position of the hand is awkward; it is difficult to arrange my hand into this position. It measures 15cm in length, smaller than my small female hands, not the hand of a big, male hunter as I would have imagined. Is this the hand of an ET?
- 16,400 BC – cave paintings created at Cap Morgiou east of Marseille, France (now 35 meters below sea level)
- 10,500 BC – Gobekli Tepe built in Turkey
- 5,000 BC – stone and wood circular complexes 50 – 180 meters wide built with astronomical orientations in modern Lower Bavaria, Germany; Lower Austria; Poland; and Hungary
- 4,800 BC – early building at Stonehenge in England
- 2,500 BC – The Great Pyramid in Egypt was constructed.
Example of possible early ETs:
There were bones found in the Altai Mountains in the Denisova Cave (on the border of Mongolia and Siberia) that look human, but do not contain human DNA. (The age of the bones was not given.)
Early kings were expected to be descendants of gods in order to have the divine right to rule. For example:
- The Egyptian god Amun-Re allegedly mated with the mothers of the heirs to the throne.
- Alexander the Great was said to have been conceived from a lightning bolt (356 BC)
- the Assyrian king Ashurbanipal was said to be a son of the goddess Ishtar (668 BC)
- the Akkadian king Hammmurabi was the son of the sun god (1728 BC)
- Buddha and Zarathustra had virgin mothers impregnated by a divine ray
- The founder of the Tibetan empire, Gesar also had a divine conception
- The first emperors of China were also divinely conceived
- The first rulers of the Incas and Aztecs were likewise divinely conceived
- Gilgamesh, king of Uruk, was created by the gods Shamash and Hadad. He was 2/3 god and 1/3 man.
- Jesus was conceived after his divine mother, Mary, was visited by the archangel Gabriel. Author’s note: Mary’s birth was also divine. Her mother, Ann, had a divine conception as well. That makes Jesus 3/4 god or ET which made him fit to be king of the Jews.
- Another author’s note: Plato claimed to be descended from the god Poseidon.
- In the Lamech scroll (one of the Dead Sea Scrolls) it says Noah’s mother, Bat Enosh, was impregnated by the heavenly watchers.
- The god Mars impregnated a princess and she gave birth to Romulus and Remus, the founders of Rome.
- Odin is the father of Thor. Thor’s mother was the human woman Jord.
Finally, von Daniken writes about creation stories from around the world. Here is a summary of highlights about human origins:
- Zeus is described by Homer as the father of all gods and humans
- Apollo was the son of Zeus and the teacher of humanity. He lived in Greece at Delphi. Apollo had a flying vehicle and visited the Hyperboreans each year.
- Prometheus made humans out of clay and taught them.
- In Polynesia, Io is the creator god who made the first pair of humans.
- In Hawaii, there are three creator gods, Kane, Ku, and Lono. They created humans in the image of Kane.
- In Kiribati, a group of islands in Polynesia, the god Nareau created Nareau Tekikiteia. Nareau Tekikiteia “created the first beings endowed with reason.” Then Nareau the original creator left saying he would never return.
- In Samoa, Tagaloa created the first humans.
- The Inuit in Alaska say their ancestors came in ‘flying houses.’
- The Tungus in Siberia say their first divine couple came from heaven ‘in a silver gondola.’
- In Egypt, Osiris arrived in a ‘golden ship’ from Orion. Isis came in a ‘silver barque’ from Sirius.
- The East African Massai in southern Kenya have a legend of Kintu who “fell in love with the daughter of a heavenly being that had visited Earth.” Kintu went to heaven to learn and then they both came back to Earth to teach humans.
- The Bantu people in South Africa have a god Nzame who descended to Earth. He fell in love with a human woman named Mboja and they had a son named Bingo. The supreme god was very angry about the creation of a hybrid child and Nzame was not allowed to return to heaven. The couple stayed on Earth and taught humans.
- The Shilluk tribes in southern Sudan say the first human being was Omara. Omara came from heaven and taught humans to not live like animals. He also founded the first kingdom on Earth.
- The Inca and Warao in South America say that humans originally lived in heaven. They occasionally descended to Earth to hunt and later settled here.
- The Kogi Indians in Columbia say their original heavenly teachers created the first humans. The teachers still visit them in modern times.
- White Bear, the oldest Hopi in Arizona says their ancestors came from a continent that sunk into the sea. Their deity is called Taiowa and he created human beings in the First World.
- The Inuit say that long ago all people lived in heaven. The “moon spirits” and “heavenly beings” created the first humans. Later there was sexual contact between the moon spirits and Inuit women producing offspring.
- A Japanese tribe called the Yamasachi believe that long ago their were demigods on Earth. These demigods traveled between heaven and Earth whenever they wanted. There was sexual intercourse between these offspring of heavenly deities and humans resulting in hybrid children.
- The Japanese Amewakahiko Kings originated with the gods. The first of these god-kings was Jimmu Tenno. The gods lived on Earth as humans and united with humans.
- The Pawnee tribe in Nebraska believe humans were created by stellar beings and the heavenly ones came down repeatedly with fire and smoke.
- The Bantu tribe in Cameroon have a legend of Mubei, the oldest patriarch. He flew down to their homeland in a large “hollowed out tree”. He created everything including the first two humans.
- In West Aftrica, Abasi is the name of a tribe and also the name of their god. Abasi brought people directly from heaven to Earth. He created everything except humans. The humans lived with him in the heavenly city.
- Hammurabi (1728 BC – 1686 BC) was born in heaven. His mother was impregnated by the Sun god. Hammurabi became King of Babylon and wrote the Code of Hammurabi which is carved in stone in modern day Iraq.
All of these creation stories share a common theme of beings coming from heaven. They all say that humans came from heaven or were created by beings that came from heaven. None of them say “Our ancestors evolved from animals.” How is there so much agreement on human origins between cultures all over the world? And why does mainstream science disagree?
One final metaphysical note from von Daniken’s book: the physicist Edward Fredkin has discovered that the universe is ruled by some program. He says there is some machine-like thing running the universe and DNA is digitally encoded information.
Is this all just an elaborate video game that our souls are playing in heaven? If so, why are we playing and why don’t we know that we are playing a game? Why fool ourselves into thinking this is real? Is that part of the fun?
